The history of Hotel Estate begins in 1955.
My father, Lino Montemaggi, was one of the first brave pioneers in tourism who left the countryside and landed in Rimini beaches. With the acquisition of “the grocer’s shop” that rose among the canes and spiny bushes of a wild beach, he wrote our history  With the courage, perseverance and passion of an entire family, that small grocer’s shop became a lodging house, and then, a boarding house. The passion for the profession during three generations made it possible the evolution of the grocer’s shop into a splendid 4-star Hotel.
My father used to say: Professionalism can be acquired, but passion for one’s profession is innate!

With this trip throughout our Hotel, we wish to transmit the passion which distinguishes our family in the third generation at the head of Hotel Estate.
