- If payment by cheques is desired, please, inform at the beginning of your stay.

- The rooms will be available for our guests starting from 13:00 on the day of arrival until 9:00 am the day of departure.

GUARANTEE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- At the booking confirmation it will be required a advance (money transfer) or credit card number as guarantee. Optionally, the balance or the difference of the vacation could be paid directly to the hotel at the end of the stay. The credit card data will serve exclusively for guarantying the hotel booking. It will be erased from the server soon after the stay in hotel.

 
CONDITIONS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE:

- The termination of the contract by the customer for departure earlier than booked period will be charged the price of the room for more 3 days from the time of departure in a B&B.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW PENALTY:
- The advance it’s not refundable in case of cancellation or no show.
- In case of credit card booking, the next penalty will be calculated on the total stay:

For cancellation received  over 30  days prior arrival: TOTAL REFOUND.
From 29 till 20 days before arrival:  Refund of  80%.
From 19 till 15 days before arrival:  Refund of  50%.
From 14 days before arrival: No refund – No Show.
